Trainee Selection & Admission Process


Step 1

Assessment Test

Applicants undergo an online initial assessment to evaluate their aptitude and readiness for the program.

Step 2

Merit List

Candidates are shortlisted based on their test performance, ensuring fair and transparent selection.

Step 3

Desktop & Internet

Selected trainees will be given desktops along with free 6 month internet to start their learning.

Step 4

Instructor Led Online Class

Become part of an online class where you will learn 480 hours of specialized skills that will help you to be a digital entrepreneur.

Step 5

Online Test After Classes

A structured online evaluation to test knowledge retention and readiness for real-world applications.

Step 6

Onboarding and Hand-holding

Personalized guidance & mentorship to support will help participants transition smoothly into professional paths.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility Criteria
    • Punjab resident
    • 90% of seats are reserved for women aged 18-35, with the remaining 10% allocated to those aged above 35.
  2. Training Resources and Equipment
    • Participants will receive desktops, internet subscription
    • Equipment, including desktops and internet devices, remains the property of PSDF until successful completion of the program.
    • An affidavit must be signed upon receiving the equipment to ensure accountability.
  3. Program Participation
    • Participants are required to maintain at least 80% attendance in all training sessions.
    • Completion of all modules and practical assignments is mandatory to qualify for certification.
    • Virtual classes will be conducted using user-friendly digital platforms to ensure accessibility.
  4. Stipend Policy
    • Monthly stipends will be provided to encourage active participation and learning:
      • PKR 5,000/month for participants with 80% attendance and a passing score of 50% or higher in assessments.
      • PKR 2,500/month for participants with 80% attendance but a score below 50%.
      • No stipend will be provided to participants with attendance below 80%.
  5. Performance Monitoring
    • Progress will be tracked using attendance records, assignment completion rates, and feedback from mentors.
    • Regular assessments will evaluate participants’ skills and ensure quality learning outcomes.
  6. Data Usage and Privacy
    • Participants agree to share their data, including performance and feedback, for monitoring,
      impact evaluation, and research purposes.
    • Data will be kept confidential and used solely for program improvement and reporting.
  7. Program Amendments
    • PSDF reserves the right to modify the program structure, terms, or content to enhance its effectiveness
and impact.
    • Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance through appropriate channels.
  1. Certification
    • Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of all modules, practical assignments,and assessments.
    • Certification validates skills and enhances employability in digital and entrepreneurial fields.
  2. Responsibilities of Participants
    • Commit to completing the six-month training program and actively participate in mentorship sessions.
    • Use provided resources responsibly and return them in good condition if the program is not completed.
    • Adhere to PSDF guidelines, policies, and training schedules throughout the program.
  3. Program Termination
    • Participants failing to meet attendance, performance, or conduct standards may be removed fromthe program.
    • Misuse of resources, dishonesty, or other violations may lead to immediate termination.
  4. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising during the program will be addressed by the PSDF management team.
    • Participants can raise concerns or queries via the official contact channels for prompt resolution.
  5. Disclaimer
    • Participation in the program does not guarantee job placement or specific income levels; however, guidance will be provided to support entrepreneurial and employment opportunities.
  6. Access
    • Continued access to program resources and mentorship is contingent on successful completion.
  7. Equipment Usage
    • The desktop provided during the training is for educational purposes only and remains the property of the program.
    • If a trainee is unable to meet the program requirements—such as passing modules or maintaining attendance—the desktop must be returned immediately.
    • Any damage or misuse of the equipment will result in penalties, including but not limited to repair costs or program disqualification.
  8. Dropout
    • Trainees are required to attend all scheduled sessions. Missing more than 4 classes / month without prior notice may result in removal from the program.
